PITTSBURGH (WJAC) — UPDATE: Police say one of the two women stabbed at a bus stop in downtown Pittsburgh has died.
According to WPXI, the woman died after being taken to the hospital for treatment. Police at the scene say the woman was stabbed in the neck while speaking to an officer. PITTSBURGH -- A former Duquesne University basketball player has been ordered to stand trial on charges of raping a University of Pittsburgh student in his dorm room last fall.
Nineteen-year-old Nick Washington was held for trial Wednesday in Allegheny County on four felony counts and one misdemeanor.
Defense attorney Casey White maintains that his client was intimate with the alleged victim at a Sept. 1 fraternity party, and they returned to his dorm and had consensual relations. Read More...
