PITTSBURGH (AP) — A woman accused of intentionally abandoning her dog at a Pennsylvania airport before she boarded a flight to a resort in Mexico earlier this month has been charged with animal cruelty and related charges, authorities announced Thursday.
Allegheny County Police say Allison Lyn Gaiser, 44, tried to bring her brown-and-white male French bulldog with her on a flight departing from Pittsburgh International Airport on Aug. 4. The annual car show has been a staple in Bellefonte and the wider region for 33 years, now.

HUNTINGDON CO, Pa (WJAC) — According to Huntingdon County District Attorney David Smith, one man was arrested during this week's snowstorm following a drug bust in Union Township.
Authorities say 45-year-old Scott Moyer faces charges of drug manufacturing, possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.
According to a criminal complaint, state police in Huntingdon and the PSP SERT Unit executed a search warrant of Moyer's residence, on Tuesday morning, following a months-long investigation. Read More...
