FCC revokes license of Somerset Co. radio host Roger Wahl

Somerset Co., PA (WJAC) — An update now to the ongoing legal battle between the FCC and Somerset County radio personality Roger Wahl. According to an order that was made public last week, the FCC has officially revoked Wahl's license. In 2020, Wahl pleaded guilty to several charges related to a criminal investigation in which police say that he tried to solicit strangers to rape his female friend by setting up a fake, online dating profile. Judge dismisses legal challenge of improperly dated mail-in ballots in Centre County

CENTRE COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — A Centre County judge has dismissed a challenge on whether close to 100 mail-in ballots, from last month’s primary election, should be counted as valid votes. Judge Julia Rater has ruled the appeal not to count the ballots was filed too late. The group challenging the 95 ballots claimed they weren't valid due to problems with how they were dated, or not dated, and that didn't follow the state's guidelines for mail-in ballots. State police in Cambria County release their 5 most wanted

EBENSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — Pennsylvania State Police in Ebensburg released their five most wanted Wednesday. Among those troopers are looking for are men accused of strangulation, sexual assault and aggravated assault. According to state police: John Watts, 32, is wanted for strangulation, simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment and was last known to be in the Johnstown area.Tucker Weems, 26, is accused of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person and was last known to be in the Lilly area.
