Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Johnstown officials announced Wednesday that the reopening of the Inclined Plane has been delayed to next spring.
Officials say the primary reason for delaying the reopening to 2024 is a delay in the delivery of "sheave wheels," which the cables attach to and help pull the car up the tracks.
The transit authority says the last two wheels were supposed to be delivered this week, but officials are now being told that the delivery will be made in mid-June. Read More...
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — A pool tournament, hosted by a group that works with people with special needs, was held Sunday in Cambria County.
The tournament was held at Mully's Billiards, located along Scalp Avenue in Johnstown, and was hosted by the organization Crossroads to Independence.
Competitors were dressed in green for Saint Patrick’s Day as they moved from table to table for a skills competition.
