Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in State College say a local resident is behind bars after intentionally driving through a busy intersection and causing a multi-vehicle crash on South Atherton Street Tuesday morning.
According to the criminal affidavit, first responders were dispatched to the intersection of South Allen and South Atherton Streets, just after 10 a.m., for a report of a multi-vehicle crash.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WJAC) — Mount Nittany Medical Center celebrated leap day with special outfits for babies born Saturday.
Officials say they had a total of three babies born this leap year – one girl and two boys.
Each baby was fashioned with special frog hats to celebrate the day that comes once every four years.
