JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) β According to Cambria County Coroner Jeff Lees, a man died on Wednesday following a work-related incident at JWF Industries in Johnstown.
Lees identified the employee as 45-year-old Jeff Conjelko of Windber. He said the incident happened around 2:45 Wednesday afternoon when Conjelko, who was a forklift operator, was adjusting a steel beam on a flatbed truck. He said the beam, which weighed approximately 3,000 pounds, fell off the truck about four to five feet onto Conjelko. Read More...
